These Terms govern your use of the Pythia platform. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Pythia analyses financial models to surface errors, assumptions, and benchmarking insights. Outputs are generated using AI and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs critically.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and add-on tokens. Notify us immediately at abel@getpythia.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content you do not have the right to share, attempt to abuse or reverse-engineer the platform, or resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Data
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We treat uploaded financial models as confidential and will not use them for any purpose other than providing the service.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
